We’re excited to invite you to a free community yoga class with Anne‑Rose — a gentle, grounding session designed as a first step into our Ormina Wellness journey. Whether you’re completely new to yoga or already deep in your practice, Anne‑Rose will guide you through accessible movement, breathwork, and an extended relaxation and meditation to help you reset, rebalance, and reconnect. It’s also a beautiful chance for those joining our Insiders Wellness Retreat to meet Anne‑Rose, begin their journey together, and for anyone curious about the retreat to learn more in a relaxed, welcoming space. We’re building a small, supportive yoga community — and we’d love you to be part of it. Note: If you are not a member of Beatty Park, just check-in at the front desk for the yoga class with Anne-Rose.
